.NET Module Lead – Nagpur

Title – .NET Module Lead
Experience – 06 to 8 yrs
Location – Nagpur
Education – BE, BTech, MCA

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis and freezing of the scope.
• Designing of the Architecture and Development approach
• Technical Design, Architecture and Landscape documentation.
• Design and Code Reviews
• Subject Matter Expert for development/Architecture related queries
• Coordinating the QA(Unit, Integration and System)
• Defining and building Application setup and Deployment approach.
• Customer related Queries, issues and Resolutions, Requirement Analysis, clarifications
• for managing the design/development related tasks and status reporting in SCRUM calls
• Handling product related demos.
• Identify the right solution and applying the same.
• Code integrity – with the source control

Required Technical Skills –

• Should have extensive hands-on with

1. .NET Framework 2.0,3.5 or 4.0
2. C#, Java Script, HTML
3. XML, XSL, AJAX
4. ASP .NET

• .Net and C# server side experience
• WCF experience
• Web services, REST
• SQL server – schema design, bulk insert, partitioning,
• SSIS, SSRS desirable
• Basic Java knowledge will be helpful to understand old code

• Web Services, SOAP  - using .NET technology
• Oracle, MS-SQL server – Architecture and Design – ADO, MS SQL Server 2005, 2008.
• TFS
• Using third party libraries with .NET.
• Must have worked on N-Tier architecture
• Windows Server family – 2000,2003, 2008, Windows 7.
• Source Control – using CVS, SVN etc.

Good to have technical skills –

• BizTalk and stream insight desirable
• Windows workflow desirable

• Experience in Socket Programming using .NET
• ESB architecture, WPF, Silverlight
• LINQ (Objects, XML, Databases etc)

Required Experience –

• Total IT experience of at least 5 yrs spanned mainly over Microsoft range of Products and development platforms.
• Should have executed at least two large scale projects as .NET and SQL Server Lead
• Should have at least 2 yrs. of experience as an Lead
• Proven record of handling the development right from Requirement Gathering to implementation and Support.
• Managing the delivery and leading the team through all stages of the Development
• Exposure to Deployment, maintenance and support.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Proven track record of working in Distributed and onsite-offshore model.
• A valid US Visa – B1/B2 is desirable.
• Experience in LBS/Telecom domain will be a major plus.
